CLUTTER - All clutter needs to be cleared away, thrown out or packed up in boxes.tnis includes most personal items. If your home is clutter free it will appear cleaner, bigger, and brighter.

WINDOWS– Clean windows let the light into your home and give potential buyers a clear sight of gardens and views from the property.

ENTRANCE- First impressions last. Make sure buyers are wowed from the moment the set foot  into the property.

GARDEN- Be sure to clean up all garden rubbish, mow lawns, weed, sweep pathways, and trim back plants. A neat and tidy garden will make the property look great outside, and from the inside when looking out the windows.

MAINTENANCE- Fix all holes in walls, broken tiles, replace missing grout, replace mouldy silicone in bathrooms, and anything else that is broken. Some buyers will not be interested in buying a home that they will need to do alot of work in.

FLOORS- You should scrub your tiles and you should steam clean your carpets also (whilst you’re at it you should steam clean your furniture too – or use staging furniture.) You need to clean any floorboards and skirting boards. They can build up a lot of dust over time so give them a good wipe.
