Payment

A cash payment can be made on the same day as your service  paid directly to your cleaner. If you won't be home on the day of the clean please leave it on the kitchen counter for us to collect. Reciepts will be given by request .  

All bank transfers need to be paid the day BEFORE your appointment. Payment can be made online via most banking apps to payiD 0474387283 (NAB account: E. Buckland).

Direct debit payments are available to regular clients only. An automatic scheduled direct debit payment can be setup to debit your bank account the day BEFORE your appointment. Please contact us for banking details. 

Due to a large amount of unpaid cleaning appointments we can no longer give credit. Please make sure all payments online are completed the day before your service or a cash payment is available on the day. Cleaning work will not commence without payment and we do not want to offend. 

All larger jobs including; end of lease, builders, construction, & allergy cleaning will be provided with an estimated price. A deposit equal to 60% of the estimated total price needs to be paid before cleaning work can commence. When all  cleaning work is completed an invoice will be provided with the actual job cost. This final invoice must be paid in full on the same day that he job is completed. The final invoice will reflect the actual amount of time, labour & supplies that were used to complete the cleaning service. GST will also be inclusive.
