We have a range of services that have been designed to help you get your bond refunded in full, keep your landlord happy, & maintain a pristine tenancy record.

We work from cleaning checklists provided by estate agents, to make sure the job is done right.

As each home is different, & the amount of deep cleaning needed at each property can vary greatly. We find it best to either meet on-site or have a chat over the phone to get some extra info before we can give you an estimated cost for your property to be vacate cleaned.

The more info we have about your property, the more accurate we can quote you a price. Please use the list below as a guideline.

We need from you the following:

Your details: Name, address, billing address, phone number & email.
The age of the building.
The number of bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchens.
Square meters of home.
What condition is the home in?

- Clean & just needs a wipe over.

- Moderate: will likely need a little elbow grease in the bathrooms & kitchens.

- Poor: needs lots of scrubbing to remove mold, stains, cooking grease, dust etc.

6. Do you need extra services? Walls, limescale removal, tile grout restoration, carpet & upholstery steam cleaning, ovens or range hood, interior cupboards, windows, gardening, or handyman work?

7. What date do you need to return your keys to the real estate?

Standard exit cleaning

☑ Ceiling to floor dusting:

Ceiling vents, fans & light fittings, cobwebs, window sills, furniture, fixtures, skirting boards, walls, doorframes, and accessories.

☑ All floors vacuumed.

☑ Dirty fingerprints & marks removed from door frames & light switches.

Bathroom

☑ Shower and bath tub scrubbed clean.

☑ Soap scum removed from showerscreen.

☑ Limescale & rust removed from tapwear.

☑ Sink scrubbed clean.

☑ Toilets scrubbed clean inside and out.

☑ Vanity sanitised and dirty marks removed.

☑ Mirror, tapwear and showerscreen polished

☑ Ceiling fan dusted.

☑ Exterior cupboards cleaned.

Exterior oven, exterior rangehood, & stovetop degreased/polished. Sink & tapwear scrubbed clean/polished. Pantry door, skirting boards, splashback, benchtop & cupboard doors

Laundry

☑ Sink and tapwear scrubbed clean then polished.

☑ Exterior cupboards and benchtop cleaned.

Kitchen

☑ Benchtops & splashbacks scrubbed clean.

☑ Stovetop, sink, taps, exterior oven, and exterior rangehood scrubbed clean then polished.

☑ Exterior of cupboards, dishwasher, appliances, and fixtures cleaned.

Extras

Windows - exterior (single story ) & interior.

Oven - interior, racks & trays, deep cleaning of stovetop, interior rangehood.

Garage - dusting, removal of cobwebs, vacuuming, degreasing oil spills on floors, removal of concrete stains.

Walls - spot cleaning of dirty marks, complete wall cleaning, smoke damage, or mold removal.

Hard foors - tile & grout restoration/stain removal, polishing of timber floors, deep cleaning, mold removal.

Interior of cupboards, fridges, or microwaves.

Outdoors - gardening, driveway or path high pressure cleaning, exterior of house walls, removal of moss & mold from roofs, patio & verandah cleaning.

Carpets - steam cleaned, pet hair & stain removal, deodorised, flea treatments, & disinfection

Handyman - repairing small holes in walls, fixing broken fixtures, repairing doors & locks, replacing broken tiles, painting, replacing accessories such as toilet rill holders & door stops

How it works

1. Fill out exit cleaning request form

This info will allow us to give you an estimated job cost for the cleaning job & book you an appointment.

2. We book in an appointment

You will recieve a confirmation email at booking time, then a reminder text message the evening before your appointment.

3. We clean

We clean the property as per the checklist that you have provided on the exit cleaning form.

If you can't be there on the day of your appointment to greet us, please make sure to leave a key for us somewhere safe so we can enter the building.

4. All done 😁

Once we are done cleaning we will notify you via phone & return your keys.

5. Your inspection

Your estate agent +/- your landlord will inspect the property to make sure nothing is damaged and it has been left clean. If there are any issues with the cleaning work that we have provided we are happy to return free of charge to correct any mistakes.

Your bond will be returned as per your rental agreement.
